Alayne began her career treating patients with neurological diseases, strokes and orthopaedic conditions. Over the past 10 years she has pursued the area of orthopaedics through advanced education in joint mobilization of the spine and extremities, treatment soft tissue and the myofascial system, spinal stabilization and ergonomics.
Alayne has been with Colonial Orthopaedics since the inception of the therapy department in 2001. She places a strong emphasis on body mechanics and functional training. This minimizes stress on the body, expedites return to work/daily activities and decreases the likelihood of re-injury.
