Pam graduated summa cum laude with her Associate’s degree from John Tyler Community College in 1999, completing the Physical Therapist Assistant program. Before obtaining this degree, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine from Old Dominion University in 1993.

Pam has been with Colonial Orthopaedics since the opening of the Physical Therapy department in 2001. With a background in Sports Medicine and experience in exercise programming, she is an advocate of therapeutic exercise in a safe and effective manner for all populations. Pam has furthered her education by taking continuing education courses in Medical Exercise Therapy, Biomechanics of the Foot and Ankle, Holistic Treatment of the Shoulder, Back Education and Training, Cervical-Thoracic-Lumbar Spine-Maitland Approach, and The Hesch Method of Treating Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction.

Pam played an integral role in the organization and planning of the Tri-Cities Arthritis Walk for the past 4 years by serving as Chairperson of Team Recruitment and Team Leader of the Colonial Orthopaedics walking team.
