I want to thank you and acknowledge the outstanding job and care that you and your staff have provided me. Throughout the entire procedure to replacing my shoulder, starting with the first office visit to determine the extent of damage to my shoulder and the post surgery follow-up office visits, you have taken time to thoroughly explain my condition, what medically needed to be done and what to expect post surgery. You expressed sympathy, concern and confidence and left little to question. I pride myself in picking excellent doctors and you have now joined the ranks with the other doctors in my past medical care.

Besides my own personal comments, I would like share comments made by others in the medical field. I was told by various hospital nurses, an at-home physical therapy review team and the physical therapists that actually worked with me post surgery that your patients recover faster and seem to have better results than other patients. Within a few weeks my mobility was at a performance level physical therapists normally see after several weeks and the mobility continued to become fast paced. The previous comments expressed by the medical personnel have proven to be correct.

Once again, I want to thank you for taking away the pain and giving me back my full use of my arm. If and when the right shoulder needs to be replaced, I can only hope that you will be my surgeon.

I had suffered with pain in my knees for many years from arthritis and other issues. I had several surgeries on both knees. In September of 2010, Dr. Vivek Sharma performed bilateral total knee joing replacement on me. I spent a few days in the hospital, several days in a rehabilitation hospital, and then a few months at home rehabilitating.

Since then I have had none of the issues I had in the past. I am able to walk up and down stairs without pain. I can actually sleep at night now without the pain when I put my legs together.

During the surgery and the healing process, Dr. Sharma was truly outstanding in every way. His bedside manners are the best I have ever seen in any doctor I have met or been treated by. New knees and a great doctor... what more could a patient ask for!
